I'm glad I went into the whole flats challenge know I'd need an out, because I woke up this morning into what in retrospect seems to have been a huge anxiety attack. I was shaking, so touched-out I couldn't bear my own touch.. Bless my SIL Anna for coming and taking the Infanta off my hands for the afternoon. I was able to calm down, even nap for a couple of hours.. but no way was I going to be able to cloth diaper today.
Tomorrow's a fresh chance, right?

Good for you to honor what you needed today. Do what you can. What you can't, don't do.
Hey there! My maiden name was Katie Boyd and I like to knit socks - stumbled across you on the Sock Summit website. I've also struggled with anxiety attacks - mostly in college, but I don't really blog about it - mostly focus on my knitting and hockey. I applaud your courage/honest blogging! I read a book in college that helped me tremendously (Self-Directed Behavior: Self-Modification for Personal Adjustment) Good Luck!
